Ok, let me just say that I am a HATER of brussels sprouts. But I found this recipe and decided to make it for members of my family who love them, for thanksgiving dinner. As I was making them I was intrigued by the smell, and then decided to taste them at dinner. WOW! is all I can say! These are so tasty and dont even taste bitter or like brussels sprouts normally do. I used fresh baby brussels sprouts and instead of shredding them I halved them. Other then that I followed the rest of the recipe exactly as it stated. Tremendously good and this is coming from a former brussels sprouts hater!
