Yummy! I altered the recipe slightly since I'm in high altitude...Increased flour by 3 1/2 Tbl., decreased sugar to 1 1/3 C., decreased baking powder by 1/4 tsp. I also used butter flavored shortening instead of shortening and butter. Dipped bottom of a drinking glass in water and then sugar and pressed the balls, no need to dip into water after first time, the oils from the dough will make the sugar stick with each dip. Baked for 10 mintues and let sit for about a minute and a half on the sheet out of the oven. Perfect!
