Shortbread Crust

This was really good and easy to make. The dough came out very soft, making it easy to shape in the pie plate. Once baked, it was super flaky and just came out perfect!

Zucchini Brownies

These are really good! My five year old has decided that they are "the best brownies EVER!" I did add more water when I was mixing, because my batter was really dry. I just added a little bit of water at a time, until all of the flour and cocoa was moistened. I also didn't put frosting on them, although I might next time. I have to admit, I wasn't very thrilled with them on the night that I made them, but I had one the next day and changed my mind. These are great!

Sock it to Me Cake V

A very good cake. I wandered if there was a typo on the cinnamon. It was a bit much for my taste. Next time I will use 3 tsp. instead of the 3 tbsp that it called for.
