Waffles I

Reviewed on Jan. 1, 2009 by scebbi_loves_2_cook
This is a very good basic recipe. I added 2 tbsp. more sugar and 2 tbsp. total of vanilla. Also added berries and choc. chips for my fam's taste. Will use this recipe from now on with the modifications. Happy 2009!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed on Dec. 23, 2008 by scebbi_loves_2_cook
Wow, 5 stars is not enough for this simple recipe. It is just wonderful! I pounded the chicken breasts out to about 1/2 inch then put ham and swiss inside and rolled it up. Then I dipped in egg and then crushed Town House crackers with some bread crumbs and parmesan cheese mixed in. This was sublime!!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed on Dec. 23, 2008 by scebbi_loves_2_cook
The base to this recipe is wonderful! But, I changed it up a bit, like I always do haha probably why I am so fat! I basically used 2 stick of butter, 4 cups of heavy cream, 9 oz. of shredded parmesan cheese, 8 oz. cream cheese and a roasted garlic head. OH MY WAS IT GOOD! My family kept saying it was better than a restaurant.....MMM MMMM! We had this with the Chicken Cordon Bleu II from this site.
