Roasted Vegetables

I made this EXACTLY like the recipe called (except minus the squash and I added some carrots and zucchini for good measure) and it came out PERFECT. ABSOLUTELY delicious. A couple of days later my dinner guests called from the grocery store to find out all the ingredients!!!!

Butter Cream Frosting I

I think this is an excellent recipe for frosting- it has a great consistency, and great taste. I used two egg whites and vanilla sugar to keep it whiter. If it was too thin, I just added more powdered sugar. Thanks for the great recipe!
